Every cohort follows the same proven structure, designed to take you from fundamentals to job-ready in 4 to 6 months.

Weeks 1-4

Sprint 1: Foundations

Weeks 5-8

Sprint 2: Intermediate

Common questions about the programme.

The program is designed for young adults aged 18 to 25 or adults who are interested in starting or accelerating a career in technology. No prior tech experience is required. We teach you from the ground up.

The core programme runs for 4 to 6 months across four sprints (4 weeks each), including an internship and capstone project phase. Total engagement covers foundations through to job readiness.

Graduates are eligible for the BlackForce CPD membership, work internship programme, and professional references. Over 25% of committed professional students secured six-figure positions within 6 to 12 months of completing training.

Each cohort runs on a fixed schedule with a start and end date. You will join a group of peers and progress through the curriculum together. Live sessions, clinics, tutorials, and project reviews are all scheduled within the cohort calendar.

Once you have been enrolled in a programme, you cannot switch mid-cohort. You can, however, apply to a different programme in the next cohort cycle. CPD members have more flexibility across Special Programs.

Depending on your programme track, you will be prepared for certifications including Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, Business Analyst, Marketing Cloud Administrator, CBAP, HubSpot, and various specialist certifications.
