Enrolled in or graduated from a BlackForce career programme (COHORT, Adults CPD, or Special Programs)

Completed core training modules and achieved a minimum attendance threshold

Passed relevant certification examinations or demonstrated equivalent competency

Committed to the full internship duration (typically 4-12 weeks)

Available for project work during scheduled hours (virtual and/or in-person options available)
